Old & New Friends

Iain and Bev joined David and Kath for supper and conversation on Saturday night, staying over. On a fine Sunday, we browsed the antique market and then fitted in roast dinner in Ross, before a riverside walk at Welsh Bicknor. 

A Beautiful Day

Waking up to a three-quarter moon suspended over a frosty world inspired a morning ride in icy conditions bathed by bright sunshine. It never actually got warm, but the views were amazing.

Broadway & Stanton

Staying overnight at Broadway we managed a Saturday walk to the tower then a cosy van film night in. On Sunday, the weather was still mild and sunny so we looped up over Stanton and stopped for Japanese tea and cake in Winchcombe en route home. 

Happy New Year

There had been a murder and we were all suspects! A fantastic, fun way to see in a New Year (and solve the terrible mystery of the Brie, Bullet and Black Cat) was enjoyed by everyone. The accents were awful but after 9 bottles of wine and a magnum of champagne, who cared? It was a shame the mime artist had to die, but, as they say, "that's life".
